When you try to call a potential interlocutor in a situation where there is no money on the account, the calling subscriber hears a voice message that it does not have enough tools for making calls, etc. At the same time, the called subscriber receives an SMS message with information, from which number it cannot be called to it (also happen not only if the dialing is not possible, but also if the impossibility of sending SMS).
The called subscriber who received such a message may call back if desired or capabilities. That is, the call due to the interlocutor in this case is due to indirect circumstances. Most likely, only friends or relatives will call back, so the "Informer" service, as mentioned above, is only informational.
How to connect?
Since the "Informer" service is connected free of charge to any "Tele2" numbers, it is not necessary to activate it. The option works in full automatically, notifications about the impossibility of getting cloned for free. The subscription fee is not provided.
How to turn off?
It is impossible to deactivate the "Informer" service. Since the option starts automatically because of the non-chasing of funds on the phone and attempt to call at this moment, the only indirect way to "get rid" from it is constant control over its personal account.
