Description "Call Forwarding" service from the MTS operator

The "Call Forward" service from MTS, as in other mobile operators, has four different types:

  • Unconditional redirection - redirection of incoming calls to the specified numbers under any circumstances
  • Forwarding for unavailability - redirecting incoming calls if the subscriber is outside the network area (located in the basement, in the attic, etc.)
  • Forwarding No answer - redirecting incoming calls if the subscriber does not respond to calls
  • Employment Forwarding - Redirection of Incoming Calls, If the telephone line is occupied

In any of the listed cases, incoming calls come to any number (including voice mail) specified when activating the service. Cash is deducted from the number on which the service has been connected. When in roaming, the cost is calculated simultaneously for incoming and outgoing calls.

How to connect?

You can activate the Call Forward Service in the following ways:

  1. Dial USSD request * 114 * 40 # Challenge
  2. Send SMS with the text " 2111"(Without quotes) on 111
  3. In the "Personal Account" on the official website of MTS

Activate the service for a certain type:

  • Connect unconditional redirection - ** 21 * phone number # callwhere " phone number"(Here and below) - a number where all incoming calls should be redirected
  • Connect redirection by unavailability - ** 62 * phone number # call
  • Connect forwarding by no answer - ** 61 * phone number * time interval #in where " time interval"- time, after which the redirection should work

How to activate CMS forwarding?

In addition to call forwarding, MTS provides a service for forwarding SMS messages. To do this, connect the "SMS Pro" option:

  • Send SMS with the text " Reg" or " ON.»On the service number 232

The subscription fee for the use of the service will cost 1.5 rubles per day. You can manage the service on the Internet on the SMS Pro portal. Here you can specify the redirection numbers, set the answering machine, view the archive and so on.

How to turn off?

You can deactivate the "Call Forward" service in the following ways:

Deactivate the service by a certain type:
