What reasons can voice message "Subscriber's service temporarily suspended" may sound?

Mobile phone owners are quite often encountered with such a problem when they make a call and instead of familiar long beeps, an automatic message is heard: "Subscriber's service is temporarily suspended."
A similar message may be due to different reasons. We give the most common of them:

Negative balance

  • Most often, the appearance of such a message is due to the fact that the subscriber you have ended with the money on the score or he went into a deep minus and did not replenished the balance for a long time
